A simple website project to build knowledge of AWS and HTML.
I'm Thomas Litecky, a Systems Engineer in the healthcare IT space. The work I do day-to-day falls moreso on the client deployment and virtualization side of client-server infrastructure, so this website is an opportunity for me to get a bit more web and development experience.
I plan to use this website as a hub for all things Thomas. My current vision involves a portion dedicated to professional resources, and then a portion dedicated to anything-and-everything I think would be cool, fun, or interesting to include.

Skills developed include HTML writing and formatting, static webpage hosting and management via AWS S3 buckets, and AWS CloudFront distribution (notice that your traffic is HTTPS!). Next steps are to get a custom domain (if you're reading this, it probably has one) and continue learning how to develop cool and interactive components. Current thoughts include but are not limited to a direct contact textbox, website visitors count, and a dynamic rotation of content cards at the bottom, image-carousel style.
